Flome the Gnome was the first children's rhyming story that was written by Matthew near the end of 2010. He used Flome as additional inspiration to write other books including Flome the Gnome Counts to Twelve.
This book was illustrated by Christina Yarnell.
Flome the Gnome Counts to Twelve
Flome the Gnome Counts to Twelve is a magical counting adventure and coloring book. This book is different from most counting books in that it starts at zero. Thus, adults and older children can help younger children learn to count from 0 to 12. It is also a great rhyming story to help children learn to read.
Matthew finished this story in 2012. In it you will find the three named gnomes. (Three gnomes, Flome, Jerome, and Fred slide down the hill upon their sled). It is illustrated in black and white and, therefore, is an awesome opportunity for children to make this book their own by adding color to the drawings.
77 Scrumptious Smoothies
They say, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” I wonder what they’d say about a smoothie a day? Smoothies are not only a wonderful way to incorporate more delicious fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds into your daily diet, they are very nutritious, loaded with a plethora of vital vitamins, magnificent minerals, and
invigorating enzymes that promote health and wellness. What a way to start a day!
In this book, you will find 77 of my most delicious and nutritious smoothies, some of which were best sellers in my juice and smoothie deli. Some of them utilize almond milk. While you can purchase almond milk in the store now, I have included a few ways to make this amazing concoction so that you can make it on your own. Then, you can utilize it in your smoothies, other recipes, and, of course, just to drink if you so desire.
